Adult Therapy

Everyone’s situation is unique. Therapy can help you to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and how they have shaped you. We create a welcoming and safe place where we empower you to become more resilient, learn, grow, and feel your best.

Family Therapy

We understand that your family is important to you. Our therapists have specialized family therapy training and can help your whole family work more cohesively towards a common goal.

Family is important and inter-connected. Each person’s action affects the entire family. Family therapy allows everyone to work together toward common goals that will enhance everyone’s well-being. We are specialized in working with families to understand patterns – what is working, what is not – and introduce new ways of interacting with each other.

Youth Therapy (ages 8 & up)

Kids experience the world very differently than adults. By meeting kids on their own terms and understanding their problems and pressures, we work to equip them with tools to alleviate their worry and tackle challenges. Kids are growing and working to understand who they are. At the same time, there are school and peer pressures, relationships, and the challenge of navigating technology and social media. We get it, and help kids navigate their challenges by working alongside them to develop skills, confidence, and strength to successfully navigate what is ahead.

GROUP THERAPY

Therapeutic Sessions

Sharing in a group provides perspective and helps us realize that we are not alone: everyone has struggles.

Therapist-facilitated group sessions provide a safe space to uplift, support, and share with a group of people who are going through similar challenges. By exploring, challenging, and being challenged, you can gain a deeper understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses. Harnessing your unique strengths with an entire group behind you can be life changing!

Educational Sessions

Educational sessions or workshops are designed to increase your knowledge and skills related to a variety of topics. For example, we currently have single educational sessions about binge eating, body image, and sleep.
